ENROL / TAKING LESSON WITH JDT

 1       JDT will only enrol  student after they read & agreed to all terms & conditions,and does not have any practical test booked within 3 months.

a)     Must provide driver license detail and valid phone number 

b)     All payment must paid in full at least 48hrs before the lesson starts

c)     JDT reserve right to change lesson price anytime with or without notice.

d)    Standard lesson duration are 60 or 120 minutes. 

e)    No lesson booking are confirmed until its paid for (JDT may cancel it anytime).No refund on any block booking. 

 

CANCELLATION  

2       JDT required minimum of 48 hours notice for any changes by students.

a)     DNA (did not attend) and LMC (last minut change) will be charge full.

b)     JDT may only charge £10 as goodwill gesture on some emergency cancellations only for first few times .

c)     JDT may cancel any unpaid lesson and give that to others whom pay in advance.

d)    JDT may cancel any lesson with short notice, due to vehicle mechanical issue.

f)    JDT may abandon any lesson if anyone drive dangerously or be abusive to any instructors  

 g) JDT may cancel any block booking and will give refund after deducting any discounts or other special offers. No refund for any blocked booking  that  cancel by students 

h)  JDT will charge full cost of repair any damage or accident accrues due to careless driving.

h)   JDT may stop giving any further lesson to those who keep asking to book test while not ready. 

 

PICK UP / DROP   

3       JDT instructor may sometime be late due to traffic, but time will be covered.

a)     All driving lesson pick up / drop must be from same original location

b)     If wish to use other location, then lesson time may deducted to cover such distance.  

c)     If JDT instructor late more then 30min then lesson can be reschedule free of charge. 

 

TEST USE / TEST HIRE

4     JDT will not allow its vehicle to be use on test until the candidate is fully ready

a)    Test hire only allowed to those who can drive three consecutive lessons without serious faults 

b)     Average beginners may take 60 lessons to reach test standard skill.

c)     Partly traind driver will need 30 lessons or more.

d)     Minimum 30 lessons are required on each test attempt.   

e)     JDT test hire fee must be paid 7 days before test.

f)      Test hire only cover the test duration, which include free prick up and drop.

g)    JDT instructors must be consulted before test booking, otherwise test hire will be refused.

h)    JDT only use Gateshead  test centre 

TEST FEE / REFUNDS

5   JTD will refund full test cost if examiner refuse to use the vehicle due to vehicle fitness issue before test start.

a)    If any issue arrive during the test then JDT will NOT refund any fees. 

b)    JDT will NOT refund any fees if test cancel by DVSA.... 

c)    JDT reserve rights to refuse anytime even just before the test due to dangerous driving with NO REFUND 

 

PAYEMNTS

6     All payments are required via bank transfer.

a)    All lesson payments are required to made 48 hours advance.

b)    All test hire payments must be made 7 days before the test. 

c)    All other payments must be made at the time of placing order

d)   All other course payment required in full or part according to the sign agreements

e)    All block booking payment must pay in full and agreed the lesson duration are to receive any discount. If decided to change lesson duration then may need to pay extra to fees.
